UNESCO reports that prior to the first Gulf War in 1991 Iraq had one of the best educational performances in the region. Primary school Gross Enrollment Rate was over 100% and literacy levels were high. Since that time education has suffered as a result of war, sanctions, and instability.
Therefore, we had designed and executed the following projects for our future at two levels:
First level: Higher Education
- The scientific, Medical, Law Colleges, instructors' residence, and the Campus buildings at Dyala University.
- The Instructors' residence (forty houses) at Babylon University.
- The general library for Agricultural College at Salahuddin University.
Level Two: Primary and Secondary schools- Constructing many schools for different stages, primary and secondary at Baghdad, Kut and Najaf.
